Production Director

- The Production Director leads all worship production, overseeing technical, creative, and leadership aspects for services and events. - Responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans, managing graphics and media content, and coordinating volunteers and social media outreach. - The role requires at least 5 years of church production or live‑event experience, with certifications in lighting/audio considered a plus. - Must align with the church’s vision, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and actively participate in church life and various meetings. - Utilizes Planning Center and other tools, reporting to the Worship Pastor and collaborating across campuses.
